Scooby Activity Level

So I recently decided to switch to the TDEE method because I feel more comfortable knowing exactly how much I should eat every day and my exercise routine is fairly regular. I selected moderatly active as my activity level on the Scooby Calculator. I just wondered if more experienced TDEE'ers agree or if I should increase or lower the level.
I'm 28, Female, CW 145lbs.
I have a dog that I walk every day for an hour in the mornings before work on week days and he gets 90mns to 2hrs on the weekends.
Mon/Wed/Sat - I've started New Rules of LIfting so these are strenght training days
Tue/Fri/Sun - I'm halfway through the C25K programme, and I do a 2000m row after too on these days
Thursday is a rest day.
I also do a Boxercse class on a Monday lunch time and Step on a Wednesday lunchtime, but I feel these are optional - I've been regular with them recently but if any exercise has to go due to work commitments these are the ones I sacrifice.
I'm a lawyer, so sat in the office from 8am - 6pm every day, only moving to get tea/water/toilet etc.

Moderately active I'd think, maybe 50-100 calories over that too.0
