I'm new hereand ready to lose lots of pounds. My biggest issue is I start to work out and as soon as I feel the burn...I quit. I'm Making today a new day. I will start fresh at the gym tomarrow morning. Im here to have support. My goal is to tun a marathon. Anyone out there that can bare knowledge or insight or help or want to buddy up. I had an emergency hysterectomy 3weeks ago.. I'm ready

  • Remember that weight loss is a marathon too - not a 100 yard dash! Set reasonable goals for yourself and try to make a sustainable change. If you push yourself too hard it's easy to give up and quit.
