So I'm one of those roller coaster dieters. I'll be doing really good and then something will happen and I'll convince myself that I don't need to diet. Well recently I have been having chest pains and trouble breathing and REALLY bad heartburn and it has been scaring the CRAP outa me. So here I am, back again, but for different reasons this time.
This time its not about looking better its about health and feeling better. I am about 70 pounds overweight and I truly believe that if I loose some weight I will feel better. I know I should see a doc about the chest pains thing but I can't afford the bill. So I'm going to try to loose the weight and hope my health problems disappear.
I hope I can do it this time

It could definitely help to lose the weight
But more importantly if you can't afford a bill you should be looking into free clinics in your area. They're very common and it would be better than just crossing your fingers0 -
We don't have any free clinics. The best I could do is go to the ER and fill out all the forms for Charity Care. That would give me coverage for ONLY ER visits for 6 months. But they wouldn't really check me out because its not an emergency.0

I KNOW you can do it! This site has literally changed my life. I just had a baby boy a year ago & he is SO much of an inspiration for me to get fit.. It isnt abt YOU anymore.. Its abt THEM! That is what keeps me going.. And the help, support & encouragemnt I have found here.. It has been a lifesaver.. I feel accountable.. Not only to myself but to my MFP friends- Which call it crazy but it WORKS! And I have gotten SO many wonderful heart & diet friendly recipes.. I know 70 lbs. seems like a lot.. But you seriously do have to take it one week at a time.. And my house used to be FILLED with lots of crap- My husband is a junk food junkie.. But since Ive cut it out- He has too & that has made a world of difference for me.. Good luck! Keep in touch!0
