hi guys :)
I've had myfitnesspal for a couple of years now and each time I log on I say I want to lose weight I want to lose weight.
but you know what today HAS to be the day I get on it and I actually do. I'm tired of starting over! I wanted to try weightwatchers but don't really have the funds for it. I've tried different things over the years (even a gym membership that I went to solemnly for 4 times a week) that seem to work for everybody else but me! I know everyone's body is different but its happened so many times it's so disheartening and un-motivating! :( I feel like I need to see a small change like losing a pound or so to keep me going and know that I'm at least doing the right thing.



But now I'm here and I don't know where on earth to start from! :(
Any help?
