Grilled Vegetable October wrap

Serving size 3-4

Per Serving: Calories 249 Carbs 29 Fat 10 Protein 6 Sodium 219 Sugar 7

Ingredients:
Butternut squash 1 cup
Sweet Potato 1 medium
Sweet onions 1 cup
Baby Spinach 3 cups
Pear 1 medium
Portabella Mushroom 1 cup
Orange Bell pepper ¼ cup
Seasoning: white pepper, cilantro ¼ cup
Oil: Coconut oil 2tbsp

Minutes: 20mins

Directions
1) Preheat a med/large pan with coconut oil over medium heat for two minutes.
2) Add white pepper, cilantro and onions into the pan for about couple minutes prior to adding the remaining of the ingredients to cook for about 10 minutes.
3) Cook until the sweet potato is soft or to the likeness of vegetables being cooked.
4) Place cooked vegetables onto the Sprouted Grain Tortillas from Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 and enjoy
