Hello! I found this site while searching for ways to lose weight while in perimenopause. I am a 45 year old female who works full time and is going to school online plus doing an internship. Just in the last 3 years I have put on more than 20 lbs. I am struggling to take it off with very limited time to plan meals and exercise but I know I have to do something. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
