water ....... cup sizes

When logging water it wants number of cups - how many millilitres is a cup worth (being from England don't use cups as measurements!)

It;s not worth being overly precise about. Try to drink at least a litre throughout the day.

8 cups is more like 2 litres a day for 250 ml or 1600 ml if you take them to be 200 ml

I make sure I drink at least a 750 ml bottle of water during the day, then I will have a big glass of water with dinner and 2 or 3 cups of tea. But for me the bottle of water is important as its the only measured liquid I have.
