Hi everyone
I have decided today to start and lose the weight I have gained over the past year. I gained 2 and half stone (35lb) due to quitting smoking. I have gone from a slim smoker to an overweight non-smoker. I quit to make myself healthier but have ended up replacing the cigs with food :mad: I started the C25K this morning and will be doing that mon weds and fri....days inbetween will be 30 mins zumba on the wii. I am just hoping that the exercise combined with watching what I eat works.
I tried weightwatchers for 3 months in the summer and it never worked so will just count the calories the old fashioned way :laugh:
