Hello everyone. I am a 57 year old female who needs to lose about 30 pounds. A year or so ago I had lost 30 lbs. by joining a group and writing down everything I ate. Since then I have gained a lot of it back. I now weigh about 167 which doesn't seem like so much except that I am just 5 feet tall. I really see the value of a food diary and I plan to track till I am slim!!! I have not exercised in a while. I belong to a gym, but seldom go. My next goal is to visit the gym after work 3 days a week,
