Does anyone else struggle to eat breakfast?

    It helps to eat breakfast because then you (most likely) won't over eat at lunch. If that's not an issue, then don't worry about it.

    If it is an issue, are you able to eat at work? Maybe try packing a breakfast that's easy to eat so you can take it with you and have it when you're ready.

    ive found since forcing myself to have breakfast i dont end up hungry at night..

    Thanks for all the helpful replies - good to know I'm not the only one! I'll see about maybe taking a light, not strongly-flavoured snack to eat when at my desk.

    More important that food is to drink in the morning. I tend to be dehydrated first thing in the morning. Water is probably a better metabolism booster than food.
