Measurements and Exercise?

I have two questions...
When you measure your bust do you measure with or without a bra on? Weird question, sorry, but I need to know... Anything else you think I should know about measurements also... I've never measured myself before.
When you first sign up it asks you to put in your expected exercise. Does that affect the calories it gives you before you exercise? I need to change mine, because I was thinking too optimistically and put 7 days a week for an hour, when the plan I'm on is only 3 days a week for 30 minutes. (Plus any weights I do.) So what I'm asking, I think, is will it matter that I said I'd exercise more than I'm actually putting in?

With the bra. At my age, if I do it braless, I'm measuring around the waist.0

LOL.
Whenever I've been measured at a store, they measured me with a bra on around where the band is also around the fullest part of the boobage. The cup size is usually the bust size minus the band size, if I remember correctly.0 -

 Boobage. Thank you. And I agree, even at 19, when they should be fairly perky, I think the measurements would be WAY different.0
