Garcinia Cambogia - anyone have positive experience w/it?

The new talked about supplement seems to be Garcinia Cambogia as seen on Dr. OZ and all over Facebook. I decided to give it a try (since it's 100%natural) and I must say it really does curb your appetite but after 2 weeks I'm really not seeing any difference of weight loss as to what I've been seeing working out and eating healthy on my own (I'm working out 3 - 5 x's per week).

Does anyone have any positive experience with this? Thanks for your input.

    NO!

Try moving more then you can eat more and do not need to worry about having a healthy appetite.

Nope. I actually tried it as part of a campus study, so I was on it for 12 weeks. The only noticeable effect was that it made me gassy and bloated and that was WITH 64oz of water a day. To my knowledge, of the 25 of us in the group, only 3 had any noticeable appetite change and only 2 of those showed significant weight loss (and were both rather obese to begin with).

Thanks, that's interesting and I've also noticed bloating. I was trying to think of ways to boost/expedite the results but this helps! I'll stick with what I'm doing, lost 8lbs in a month just working out/eating right so that's positive
