    I lack a penis, as I am a woman, and I routinely eat 800-900 calorie breakfasts. Sex is irrelevant when deciding breakfast size.

    Really? I usually want a bigger breakfast after.

    Breakfast like a King, Lunch as a Prince, and Dinner like a Poet. If you enjoy a large breakfast go for it, just even it out as you need for the day with smaller portion sizes and/or exercise.

    I prefer to eat breakfast like a pauper and dinner like a king.
