Ok, Here Goes....

Hi out there, So I am trying this again, this time fully invested. I have done this before and stopped. Now i am really paying for it. The first time around I was 243 lbs and lost 17 pounds in about 6 weeks. Great! then quit (why the hell do we stop when things are good?) Last week I was 254, heaviest ever. Freaked me out. This week has been all good. Exercised 6 out of 7 days and ate very well. I have been finding it a bit difficult with the eating, but exercising is going OK. I will weigh in tomorrow and hope to find motivation there.

I never thought of posting here but I am hoping to find people to kick me in the @ss when I need it. When I get lazy, When I get discouraged. When I get complacent. I know this will happen.

I try to be a very all or nothing kind of guy, I know this can be a bit of a problem but the way I see it is I NEED to get it done. No excuses this time. I hope you folks out there can help me through the good and the bad as I don't want to get to high and I don't want to get to low....
