Sugar intake?

I like how mfp shows us our sugar intake and what we should be eating each day, however I keep going over. How do you manage your sugar intake and what changes have you been able to make to stay within your recommendation?

    I don't have "sugar" on my settings so I don't know how much sugar I eat. I just try to stay within my calorie goal. :flowerforyou:

    I don't track sugar and it hasn't stopped me from losing.

    MFP is set to the WHO recommendations for added sugar even though it includes all sugars.
