What's your goal set at?
Mine is 50g but always seem to go way over so just curious as to what everybody's goal is

I don't even really pay attention to the sugar, to be honest as I eat very little processed sugar. I think that's the key - there's a difference between eating a high sugar content donut and the sugar from natural berries, ya know?0

Maybe I'm just reading too much into it then x0

I see a few snacks in your diary that have some high sugar content...you might want to tweak those a little bit - either have less or change it up a bit. Sometimes it's surprising how much sugar something has!0

Yeah - am slowly curbing my sweet tooth0

Some days I'll hover around 30-50g, other days around 150+g0

I was just looking at this as well. I just signed up today! Mine is set to 50g. While here they are including all sugars, I researched some and found that 50g or less is the normal goal for ADDED sugars only, not including fruit and dairy sugars. Confused!0

I only pay attention to total calories, not over 1700 daily. I don't care what the individual categories are, just the total.0
