My first visit to the community!

I joined my fitness pal around 6 months ago and very successfully lost 30 lb. the motivation was that I was a bridesmaid during the summer. Over the last 3 months 18lb has crept back on. I need motivation to get back on track! I don't have the bridesmaid dress as motivation, any suggestions on how to stay motivated. I have a closet full of skinny clothes gaaaah!

    it sounds like you did really well! Having a goal really helps so is there something else you can now aim for? I'm in a bit of the same boat, have got to pretty much where I want to be, but need to stay motivated to stay there. Do you like running is there a race you can work towards doing?
