I'm hosting a halloween party with lots of food. I'm gonna get some diet and no added sugar drinks and i always have healthy food but my nan is making cup cakes and i make a mean choc brownie that my eldest daughter would like and i want to eat. Should I eat what I want at the party or keep in calories or have just a few treats. I'm planning on exercising still that day and the day after. What do you guys do?

Have fun! Do your regular thing during the day, and just focus on having a good time in the evening. If you're over a bit, it won't kill all the progress you've made. :drinker:
ETA: And by progress, I don't just mean pounds. It means overall eating smarter and exercising more.0 -
lol i will have a great time thank you. Think i may add an extra workout lol x0
