Too long to care to watch
"The easy way"? If it was easy, would this site be necessary? No such animal as an "easy way"0 -
My "easy way": 1400 calories a day, T25 6 days per week and getting in as much activity (stairs, walking, etc) as possible. Easy as pie.0

He's a good one to listen to, but most people wont have the attention span to go the whole hour and 40minutes.0
