    "The easy way"? If it was easy, would this site be necessary? No such animal as an "easy way"

    My "easy way": 1400 calories a day, T25 6 days per week and getting in as much activity (stairs, walking, etc) as possible. Easy as pie.

    I enjoyed listening to him. The first part. I'm glad that its broken up into about 7 or 8 parts. I shall finish all seven of them thank you for posting.

  • He's a good one to listen to, but most people wont have the attention span to go the whole hour and 40minutes.
