High protein foods.

Hi there, did well for 6months and lost 10kg But since January I have not lost any more weight even though I am still following the 1200 limit and watching what I eat and exercising 4 times a week.
Went to a nutritionist and they suggested I change the ratio of carbs and protein. This is only in an attempt to kick start my system and get it thinking that it needs to speed up again.

But I am having difficulty eating enough protein to get to 45% of my 1200 limit.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
