TIPS FOR LOSING 15-125lbs

I am just starting out and need to lose 15-25lbs. Since I guess it's not a lot, the weight loss is going slow....a week in and only .5lbs. I am being very good and keeping calories on the low end. 1200-1300 cals a day. I am not hungry but definitely never full or satisfied, so I am already thinking it's not worth it.

any ideas to jump start the weight loss so I keep up the motivation?

Also, any ideas on how I can feel full? After a week of just being ok, it's hard to keep up with it.
