TIPS FOR LOSING 15-125lbs

I am just starting out and need to lose 15-25lbs. Since I guess it's not a lot, the weight loss is going slow....a week in and only .5lbs. I am being very good and keeping calories on the low end. 1200-1300 cals a day. I am not hungry but definitely never full or satisfied, so I am already thinking it's not worth it.
any ideas to jump start the weight loss so I keep up the motivation?
Also, any ideas on how I can feel full? After a week of just being ok, it's hard to keep up with it.

Are you exercising? To feel full, get plenty of fiber and protein. Drink lots of water.0

Set your calorie and macro goals, have plenty of fiber, eat back at least some of your exercise calories and weigh everything on a digital scale. This is an exellent post to get you started.

You got to give it time. You didn't gain it over nite did you... Weight loss is a life time commitment. Being Consistent. It sound to me that your on the right path. I didn't look at you diary yet.0
