Truly starting my long road now....

Hello, well this is all new to me! A little background on me...I am a 29 year old single mom that goes to college, and works. I have decided to change my life to be healthier than I have been in the last few years. I began a weight lose journey in 2010 when I was tipping the scales at almost 400 lbs. and by 2012 I had dropped to my goal weight of 145 lbs. (guess the doctors telling me I wouldn't make it to 30 scared the heck out of me!!!). Well, here I am 2 years after hitting my goal weight and going slowly back up....

I did not take any special pills or any other altering substances when I had dropped the weight before. I just cut out soda, candy, and a started eating smaller portions. I still live that way, but I am gaining weight again.

I am looking for people to help me on my road to being healthier, and therefore making me happier!!! Any help on food ideas, or encouragement is greatly appreciated!!
