Finally found an exercise that I love love love

Today I have been eating healthy for 3 weeks woo hoo. I don't have a scale because it is just to hard to look at the number - I had a dr.s apt last Thursday and weighed 172, Im 5'3 with a large body frame..

I bought a groupon for a barre class, it's like ballet but with a huge kick, and it did just that - it kicked my *kitten*. The class is an hour long and I was able to do almost the entire thing. I'm so sore right now, but I know I will stick with this, I'm already loving it..

    How exciting! I've never heard of barre, I live in the sticks.... I discovered a couple of workouts four years ago and they changed my life. I hope you continue to seek out new passions!

    Yay! That's one big hurdle overcome for you! Learning to love exercise can be challenging, so it's great you've found something you enjoy. And maybe down the road, you can use that to expand into other things, if you want :drinker:

    I was just told about this by someone so I have been checking into it. I hope to start classes too soon. I also feel like this is going to be more fun for me verses the boot camp and Jillian Michaels stuff I've done so much of. I just wonder how to enter it in to MFP?
