I have woken up this morning with a twinge in my hip. I am on day 17 of Inansity. Should I take a day off and see if it has improved tomorrow? or just continue with it? Thanks

    Why not try to take it down a notch for the warm-up, if you feel good at the end of the warm-up just modify until the end of the workout. If you do feel the twinge, no harm in taking the day off and giving yourself a good stretch! :)
