Re-evaluating my diet

Hello,

Not really bothered with the forums of Myfitnesspal but it's slow in work, so why not :)

Been on a long journey the past year and a half with my weight fluctuating roughly 65lbs. I do resistance training 4 times a week.

I started off around 186lbs and around 17% BF and now I'm currently 181lbs and I must be around 9-10%.

Anyways, my weight has stalled the past 2 months and I need to keep an eye on things to make sure I'm hitting my macros and getting enough calories. I'm up to 3200kcals a day. 3000kcals seems to be my base line as I've been on that for the past 3 months.

So.. time to get eating!
