Any thoughts or suggestions?

Been here, done that :) I didn't stop and gain weight again by choice ... For 13 years I have battled hypothyroidism and it has never been in control. It appeared to constantly change/cycle even when my meds would start to balance out. Come to find out this month (have been going to the doctor the last few months due to symptoms) that my thyroid has "significant abnormality" with Hashimoto's and subacute thyroiditis.

I know my body will not react the same to the "norm" when it comes to diet and exercise. My doctors don't tell me at this point what COULD possibly work.

Didn't know if anyone here had the same type of issues and how they combat it. Right now, I set my goals up to 1700/day with 40/30/30 macro (protein at 40). I have been waiting to start my CEX to see if I can gain control. I now have it set up to start on Saturday this week. I just started logging food again (started yesterday).

I am open to any advice/tips/suggestions... whatever you want to throw at me :)
