I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the Shape Reclaim program. It is a doctor supervised program for losing weight but also helps rid your body of toxins and inflammation. All the research I've done on line is somewhat vague. Has anyone tried this program? What were your results? Thoughts? Concerns? Or any other information that might be of use.

    Anything that claims to cleanse and detox is a bunch of BS.

    This looks like another dangerous super low cal diet that uses Homeopathic "drops" that mimic the actions of hCG in the body but does not contain any hCG.

    Stay far far away.
