Lunch looks like dog food....

but it tastes quite yummy.

1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 cup black beans
3 oz ground turkey (flavored with taco seasoning)
1/4 avocado
2 tbsp taco sauce

That is all. Mix together. Enjoy.

My coworker is actually the one that said it looks like dog food (which is does), but I still enjoyed it. :-)

    I'd eat that minus the refried.

    Not a big bean eater other than black beans. Yum.

    it needs more taco sauce and garlic w/ tomatoes, lettuce, onions and a glop of sour cream and it will be perfect

    Yea, I don't like tomatoes, lettuce, or onions --- so I'm good with what I had. :-)

    Also, this came in at 415 calories, which was good for lunch.

    I occasionally add cheese, but chose not to today.
