Yesterday when I was working out I noticed one of the guys in the weight room doing his lifting quick. I usually lift my weights slow. Which is a better workout? Fast or Slow?

neither is better
time under tension, slow twitch and fast twitch, explosive power, higher or lower muscle recruitment, stretch reflex. etc
