I have been using mfp since Jan 2013, and it has helped. But I figure if I dive in the deep end, I will actually accomplish what I want. I want to be lose fat, be more lean and more toned. I am trying to eat tons of fruits and veggies, and lean protein. I am trying to avoid complex carbs, processed foods, and sugary snacks. I also want to be able to run 5 miles at a time. I know that will take a while to be able to do, but I willing to set small goals to get there. I have always had self-esteem issues, and when I had put on 30 pounds in 2 years, yikes! was I a mess. No more excuses, time to do this.
