Here are two articles that I found helpful.

The first extols the benefits of weighing food over measuring food. I admit, it is too easy to round that tablespoon of PB and I was surprised by the pictures.

    Good thing i have ALWAYS gone by the weight measurement and the the size. i am a scale freak!! lol I use it for every thing i eat.

    I weigh AND measure my food now. I am often guilty of underestimating, isn't that funny? Probably goes right along with my undereating issues.
