Auto-posts to Runkeeper

I have Runkeeper and MFP synced! How cool!

Now can anyone tell me how to keep from auto-posting to Runkeeper every time I log a food?

My runkeeper friends don't care that I ate a 250 calorie snack and I am taking a little abuse!

Horrible friends I have.

    I use Endomondo to log my exercise and it posts from Endomondo to MFP but not the other way around. So that might be an option. There's gotta be a setting in one or the other or both that will allow posting in one direction but not the other.

    There's a setting to keep your food private. So you'll still see it but your pals won't. Under Account Settings, click on Sharing - change nutrition to "Just me"
