My first thought is that it causes fatigue, which makes it harder to exercise and keep motivated.0

Firstly do you have an iron deficiency? If so has your doctor advised you about it and your weight loss?
Secondly what's may be effecting your weight loss is the lack of food you eat. After looking at your diary it's obvious you're not eating enough as you eat under 1000 calories a day.0 -

Thats a result of me changing my diary settings today and it didnt cross over the other foods I logged. O I definitely eat, LOL!!
But yes I do but I was just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with that...0
