I am a bit higher than my low weight of 169, because i had to bulk up for the Iron Warrior Dash and for Chicago Run. I started working to get my weight down to my goal weight of 175.

The reason for my point is this...

If you dream it, you can do it. I never ran in my life (Besides tennis in high school), if my silly butt can get in shape, so can you. I know you can! I've always been fat, and didn't want to be any more, so i changed, you can do it. Set your mind, set small goals, set big goals, and hit them!
