Sampling costco?

Has anyone gone sampling at costco?? (Go ahead, laugh :laugh: ) If so, how do you log what you sampled at costco?? I have no idea what the brands were and I dont really remember everything I ate :noway:

I quick add calories when I sample usually.. or just avoid sampling.0

There's actually entries in the database for costco sampling!! LOL! Look it up - enter Costco Sample - pick one. I'm sure no where accurate, but I've used them. :drinker:0

Yeah, they're on the food log. Pretty accurate. Unless you eat a bunch of stuff at every lil kiosk,it's usually a couple hundred calories. And definitely some carbs, fat and sodium. Worth logging, but it's not a make-or-break thing for your diet usually0

OMG. This is my downfall ! I laughed when I seen this post because I can't help but feel guilty after I sample Costco's food at 20 of their booths set up. Every corner its like damn another diet sabatore aha. I just quick calories the samples.0
