    As for time of day, I generally like to walk in the early morning before work. However, if I can't get that done for whatever reason, I've been known to walk on my lunch hour or after dinner. Time of day doesn't matter as long as you are doing something! Find what works best for you and what you will continue to do and do that.

    try a speed bag, that's what I started with when I was 324lbs. lost the first 100lbs on the speed bag

    100lbs on a speed bag! Wowzers. I bet you can't even stand to look at a speed bag anymore. Well done!

    she's doing what is called punch drumming, if you close you eyes and just listen to the music and her hitting the bag you will find that she is in total rhythm with the music
