30DS question

Hello all!!

I just joing MFP, and I am so excited about losing weight.

Right now I'm the heaviest I've been in my whole life, and it's time to make a change.

Today I tried to start with 30DS, but I have to admit that it seemed to be easy but I couldn't do it!!! I am so out of shape.

At the minute 7 I couldn't even breathe.

My question is. Can I pause the video, take a rest and then keep doing it?? Or I have to do it even if I can't breathe??

I hope you can help me and give me some advices!! Thank you all
