Hey guys I wanted to get a few ideas for some new meals that I can prepare for my family, preferably few ingredients and not a lot of time....I'm a busy busy bee most of the time and don't have as much time to cook as I used to!!! I would LOVE to hear your ideas and try some new recipes!!! Also I would love to hear if you have "made over" a favorite food to make it healthier!!! : ) Getting bored with the same ole, same ole each week lol!!! God bless!

    Skinnytaste.com is my FAVORITE for this kind of stuff!
    I made her chicekn spinach rollatini alla parmigiana Sunday night, and it was a big hit.

    I also like the realistic nutritionist, the yummy life, and slender kitchen.

    We make veggie tacos now instead of regular tacos for lunch/dinner. We use Mission yellow corn tortillas they are 120 calories for 3 ! We sautee 1-2 zucchinis with 1-2 bell peppers ( depending how hungry we are :laugh: ), about 1/4 cup onion and add pato sauce (its a bit spicy). Simple, low calorie, and quick to make.
