I am desperately needing some new workout music to add to my playlist.

Any suggestions? What music really gets you working hard. I am sure there been threads like this in the past, i just cant find any.

    hmmmm.....

Punk rock helps a lot...as the beat and the words are always up up and up...
I do not know the exact album names but you can search them...

---One more round and bottles to the ground....
----I dont go anywhere without my switchblade...
    ----No borders, no flags
    Little rude girl

If you have iTunes you can search for workout mixes - I like the ones from Shape Magazine!

It all depends on what you liek.

Atm i like Tsunami to workout on cycle, get's my rpm up by 20% dring that song, same goes for Animals by Martin Garrix

But mainly i like Metallica, Disturbed and Rammstein music during my workout

Yeah, rammstein did the job for me as well :D

People make fun of my bubblegum pop music selection but nothing beats it when working out (which is the only reason I have it on my iTunes) - Britney is effective.

I use rockmyrun.com They prepare the mixes and you download them for free. They start you with one credit I believe, and you build a credit a month, or something like that. You can search by heart rate or length of recording. For me, it's fun and keeps me motivated, and I don't have to spend hours wondering what to put into my mix!

My workout play list has everything from Britney Spears to AC/DC. I just try to focus on upbeat/fast music.

    http://jog.fm/

Put in your jogging or walking speed in & it gives you a list of songs that are the right pace. You can then sort songs by genre.
