Does anyone know how many calories Jari Love's Ripped 1000 DVD burns, If you do, how would you enter it in your exercise area as it is cardio and weight training?
According to the DVD, you will burn 1000 calories, but I seriously doubt that; if it did, how many calories would you have to eat for a 1200 caloric intake?
I am burning 457-600 calories now with my cardio and weight training and I am eating 1800 calories per day. It would really be a good workout for cardio and weight training.

I know this post was 4 months ago but no one replied so here goes.
If your overweight your gonna burn 1000 cals once you are used to it but probably not for the first two weeks because overweight or really unfit people (like me) will have to stop alot as this is intense workout.
Im 175cm tall and currently weight 68kgs and i barely get through it all but after two weeks my fitness has improved and can do more and more . Jari love is awesome this dvd rocks and i have done alot of other vids and this is the best you wont be sorry.
My HRM says 575cals -677 cals burned for the whole dvd but i cant do all the jacks all the pushups and all the burpees yet I frequently stop but i reckon if i did everything they did on the dvd i would burn 800-1k cals easy. The whole dvd is 73 mins it takes me 90-120 mins with breaks to complete it but there are other options to do the express version or just weights or just cardio depending on your needs. You will get a great workout and you wont kill your joints doing it. I was using the firm workouts and my knees frekin killed for two days after and i was only burning 300 cals with this the next day my knees dont hurt at all my muscles are a little tried but not painful at all.
She does alot of jacks and squats perfect for toned legs and bums and you have man options in each workout she shows you at least three ways of doing the exercises if you are hurting or cant keep up. This is the best dvd i have bought. In one week of doing this three times a week full dvd and three day doing just weights i have lost over 600grams and that's good for me because im trying to loose the last few kilos that wont budge.
This dvd seems long but remember in the first 30 mins of working out your are burning sugars and carbs loosing water weight and in the next 30 mins you are burning fat and in the latter half you are toning up!
GO HARD OR GO HOME!
