Weight Gain with Lipitor

My doctor put me on Lipitor to help with cholesterol. I had changed my diet in major ways, but it had little effect on my cholesterol. About a month after I started taking it, I began to gain weight. In two months, I gained 14 pounds. I finished the script and within 5 days of finishing, I have dropped 4 pounds of the gained weight. Has anyone else had a weight gain problem with Lipitor?
