Belly fat is a common place for stress to show. Try some yoga with heavy core workouts!!0

minor calorie deficit = eat less than you burn daily.0

Same here; drives me more than a little nuts. But I'm trying to keep my focus on all of the other all around changes. My waist is down a couple inches; my belly has certainly reduced; my neck is smaller; my watch band tightens up more; my wedding band isn't tight (to the point it's almost falling off). It'll happen; it just takes time.
That said I'd love to hear if anyone else has found the secret to dropping belly fat in a targeted manner. I've been doing yoga (DDPYoga) but only recently started working in the 'core' workouts...0
