Just started this thing, not sure how it is going to work. I posted what I had for breakfast this morning and already it was a lot. It feels very overwhelming to think that I have to be this careful all the time with what I eat, but I want to be healthier. I have already put on quite a bit of weight in the past couple of years, but now I have quit smoking too, and am eating even more and I'm worried that I will continue to gain weight if I don't do something about it now.
