Broken elbox woes...

I broke my elbow about three weeks ago, just as I was getting into a really great workout routine. (I was playing whiffle ball with my students, slid into third base because they were trying to get me out, and broke my humorous)

Well all I can really do right now is walk and ugh. I have the desire to start up with C25K and I physically can't. I really want to lift weights, but I can't.

I'm not writing this post for sympathy or ways to exercise. I am honestly just writing this to put my frustrations into words.

I can't wait to be out of the sling and soft cast, so I can kick my butt into shape. :smile:
