Sad enough to pull out your wallet?

I don't pull it out for sad.

    Phrasing not unintentional.

You are obviously here to create contacts and promote your coaching services which is why you will get challenged along the way.
But frankly as a coach, you might think about food abnegation and what it does to the psychology of your clients.

There is no need to "resist the dish" - it is so much better to learn reasonable eating habits (not like me yesterday but ok...) were one or two "dish" treats are totally acceptable.

You do have a nice site and the inflation post was well written (you might also note that inflammation is a necessary process to recover and muscle tissue building) but the water-need calculator you linked is nonsense. It takes the 8 glass nonsense and extrapolates it to further nonsense. I do not need 12-20 glasses of water at my weight and exercise level. I would float away in a sea of urine.

Awwww but I really did want some (free, MFP-based!) support over the holiday season.
