Sugar Intake & Exercise Calories

I have been logging since Oct 1st and working out every day since then (Sundays are my rest day and I do passive Hatha yoga on those days). My goal is to lose 75 lbs.
The problem I've been noticing in my sugar intake. I always seem to go over with fruits or fruit juice or the occasional post-workout chocolate milk. I am concerned this is affecting my weight loss. I thought I was eating pretty healthy otherwise, and when I cut the sugar out to try to stay in line with MFP recommendations, I get a headache!
I also have not been eating back 100% of my exercise calories. It just feels like too much food and I'm not hungry enough to keep eating over. Sometimes I do go over my recommended 1200 and eat back some of the exercise calories, but in general I am running an average of 400 calorie deficit.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Ignore the sugar. MFP doesn't differentiate between processed sugar and fruit sugar. As long as you stay in budget the sugar isn't doing any harm.
I doubt that 1200 calories is a proper amount for you to be eating and you should be netting at least that. Don't say you can't eat enough to make it because you didn't get to need to lose 75 lbs by eating less than 1200 calories a day. You don't have to eat "diet" foods to lose weight so eat! Eating very low calorie is not a healthy way to lose weight.0 -
I don't even track my sugar. It doesn't matter as long as you don't have blood sugar issues.
And I agree that 1200 calories is way too little for someone who has 70 lbs to lose. Change your goal to 1.5 lb a week and eat back your exercise calories.0
