30 day shred!

So I got the30 day shred and are you supposed to do it everyday? Is there anyone that workout all the time and did this and still saw results. I got bored with my firm workout videos so I got this. I am a size 27 in waist want to get down to 24 anyone else has seen these results in 30 days?

    I did it everyday for 30 days. I did level 1 for 10 days, then Level 2 for 10 days, then Level 3 for 10 days. I got stronger, but 20 minutes of exercise, with only 10 minutes of cardio doesn't really add up to majoy weightloss. I was kinda hoping for better results!

    I had great results, I lost tons of inches off my body, I did 5 days in a row and rest one day, I also used 5lbs dumbbells. Hope it helps :flowerforyou:

    Ya I am used to lifting heavy weight like 15lbs and so it didn't feel like I was doing much yet!! I am sore a little bit so we will see.
