Body Pump/ Strength Training

Hello!
I am new to myfitnesspal and I am trying to log my exercise. Does anyone else do body pump? How do you log it? Do you break it up by each muscle group? (that seems a bit time consuming... I like myfitness pal because it is easy and convenient)
Also, when I log cardiovascular stuff myfitnesspal will say you burned __ amount of calories, but does not offer me this little nugget of encouragement with strength training. What is up with that? I get sweatier at body pump than I do on my runs. I like seeing that I burned calories.
Any tips and info would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Meg

well body pump isn't really strength training- so I would just keep logging it as cardio.0

I log Body Pump as Cardio, and it is in the database. Just Search on Les Mills.
I log strength training under cardio also, it does give a calorie estimate, but calorie burn in strength training is such a crap shoot because of weight used, intensity, amount of rest between sets, etc, etc, etc.0 -
Thank you! That made my life a lot easier than trying to list it out. I just want a ball park figure anyways.
And I am pretty certain that body pump is strength training as you lift weights the whole time- besides the breaks.0
