Just like off of old Facebook and MySpace, I just found this on a health blog I've been reading. Copy, reply, paste and fill - just for fun (and for science of course!) ;)

1. What did you eat for breakfast?
Olympic greek yoghurt (yum!) and an apple

2. How much water do you drink a day?
I drink an 800ml bottle when at work, and in the evening and loads of tea...so probably 2L +

3. What is your current favorite workout?
Just started NRLFW - so it's all new and exciting, so those workouts. And snowboarding when the season starts!

4. How many calories do you eat a day?
Currently set at 1600 although I'm still tweeking.

5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Fibre1 protein bars, grapes, greek yoghurt, yoghurt covered raisins....

6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
Cheese or chicken salad, or veg soup.

7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
Arms - cause they progress so quickly!

8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
Abs - it's always a bit painful the next day.

9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
Cake...sometimes chocolate but mostly cake, of any description!

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
Nope.

11. How often do you eat out?
Once or twice a week.

12. Do you eat fast food?
Not very often at all, like maybe once every few months I'll tag along with my friends if they are going.

13. Who is your biggest supporter?
My roomie - tall, lanky guy who is trying to gain, so he kinna understands :)

14. Do you have a gym membership?
Yes - as of last month.

15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
Between 6-8.

16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
Never intentionally, but sometimes it just works out that way!

17. Do you drink alcohol?
My main vice - yup! I like to go out and have a few of a Saturday night...!

18. Do you have a workout buddy?
Nope - not at the moment :(

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle?
I've learned so much about the body and fitness that I never even knew I didn't know....if that makes sense! It has become a major interest. I also feel a lot better about myself, fitter and stronger.

20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
30 minutes on the eliptical last night.

    Between 10 and 15 cups a day

    3. What is your current favorite workout?
    Martial arts / MMA training

    4. How many calories do you eat a day?
    Between 2000 and 2200... most of the time, but I do go over here and there!

    5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    Fruits... grapes, apples, oranges, bananas...

    6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
    Chicken wrap or Salad, and a soup a couple of hours later

    7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
    Legs and back

    8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
    Chest

    9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
    Baked goods are my kryptonite

    10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
    No

    11. How often do you eat out?
    Often... although I'm tapering down to about 2 or 3 times a week.

    NO

    13. Who is your biggest supporter?
    Me

    Yes

    4-6

    Not per se... I'm good 95% of the time, and if I'm going to eat, I just do!

    Socially

    No, don't need one

    19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle?
    I've always been pretty fit, but after I committed to a cleaner diet I dropped a lot of weight and have lost over 4 inches from my midsection. I have more energy and have lowered my cholesterol substantially

    20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
    4 rounds of Muay Thai and 5 minutes of battle ropes

    Scrambled eggs and tater tots (my hospital has weird items sometimes)

    2. How much water do you drink a day?
    2 cups of coffee or tea & 3 cups water at work, 2-3 cups water or tea at home

    3. What is your current favorite workout?
    Nothing in particular, I like walking alone, or using EA Active on the Wii.

    4. How many calories do you eat a day?
    1400-1700

    5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    Watermelon, almonds, almond butter with apples, dark chocolate.

    6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
    Salad if it looks decent, or the Eating Well meal in the cafe.

    Uhhh...my jaw, apparently

    Thighs

    Ice Cream

    Yes, prenatal with DHA

    2 times a week

    Perhaps 3-4 times a month. Depends on how busy we are. We eat at family restaurants usually twice a week (local joints)

    My friend Jenny, she's on the same mission I am.

    14. Do you have a gym membership?
    Yes - at work. $3/month!

    15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
    Between 5-6. I fall asleep easily but can't stay asleep. I end up awake at 3am.

    No, I allow for certain items daily or if we go out to eat for the evening meal.

    17. Do you drink alcohol?
    No, medication + alcohol = I'm gonna have a bad time.

    No, I prefer it that way.

    Knowing exactly what I was putting into my body, and taking joy in eating better and feeling better.

    15 minute uphill walk.

    Half a raisin bran muffin with a spot of smart balance butter and coffee.

    2. How much water do you drink a day?
    Generally 10 cups of water.

    3. What is your current favorite workout?
    Dancing! Any type really... I just love to move. :)

    4. How many calories do you eat a day?
    Between 1200-1600 a day depending on how hard I exercise.

    5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    greek yogurt, any fruit or veg, cheeeeeeese....

    6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
    Lots of soups, salads, healthy leftovers from dinner, the occasional chipotle bowl.

    7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
    Arms and abs.

    8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
    Legs! Especially thighs... holy... get 10 squats in and I'm already in pain.

    9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
    Potato chips. Cannot have a bag around or I will eat the whole thing.

    10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
    I generally take a multi and some omegas and garlic, heart stuff.

    11. How often do you eat out?
    Once or twice a week.

    12. Do you eat fast food?
    Unfortunately I did recreate my old bad eating habits when I went back to college. Lots of ordering out... sandwiches and fries, pizzas... it's been just as difficult to kick the habit as it was the first time I did it, but at least I am exercising now which helps keep the weight off, and I have been able to ex the amount I order or eat out to once or twice a week.

    13. Who is your biggest supporter?
    My family. My mom and I workout together sometimes, and it's always fun.

    14. Do you have a gym membership?
    Nope! Needing to change that though, I miss the atmosphere.

    15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
    Depends. I go through cycles of getting enough (7-9) and not getting any (2-5).

    16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
    Nope. It would be a disaster if I did!

    17. Do you drink alcohol?
    I usually have a glass of wine with dinner every night, or a gin and tonic. I try not to go crazy with it.

    18. Do you have a workout buddy?
    My mom will workout with my sometimes, but she doesn't workout enough... maybe I should workout with her more and get her to up her daily activity. I also go on walks most days of the week with my coworkers.

    19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle?
    It just feels really good. I am adding years to my life, having a good time doing it, and loving what it's doing for my body and mind. It also helps regulate my depression and anxiety (sometimes anyway).

    20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
    Went on a 20 minute walk with some coworkers before lunch. :)

    Don't have a "favorite" per say, currently doing a bro split.

    most often is prolly white rice and turkey sausage

    Nobody really gives a rats *kitten* about my working out. But my daughter says she misses jiggling my fat belly :-/

    When cutting, yes. When bulking, I just eat whatever I want.

    My life hasn't changed at all. I am just a more attractive version of the exact same person that I was, with another hobby now (lifting)
