Im a newbi :-)

Hi everyone,

I'm Lisa, been on MFP for 2 wks now, getting to know my way around the site and daily update food/exercise log.

Not following any diet, just sticking to the recommended cals to learn about portion control, and food values, and see how I go first.
I want to change eating habits for life, not for a rapid weight loss only to put it all back on...that plays havoc with your body and mind!
Now its time for some support both ways, and get to know you lovely people:-)

    Welcome to MFP. I found the site in February and have lost 45.5lb's to date. It's been a steady weight loss and surprisingly easy with the support from friends on this site and logging every day. I try to stick to my 1200 cals and I have gradually increased the exercise I do (but know I need to do more on this).

    Please add me - I don't have loads of friends as I like to keep up with the ones I do have
